| Terms | ||
| Net 30 days to those with established accounts; otherwise cash, Visa or MasterCard are accepted. Interest will be charged at 2% per month on all accounts over thirty days. Prices do not include applicable taxes. |

| All nursery stock is guaranteed to be true to name and as described. Seller gives no other warrants, expressed or implied and will under no circumstances be liable for more than the invoice value at the time of purchase. We are a wholesale operation and will not assume any responsibility for the results obtained after transplanting. |

| Claims | ||
| All claims of any kind must be made in writing, either through fax, mail or email, within ten days of arrival of nursery stock. Photo proof may be required with the claim. | ||
